Renewal Status of Black Summer, Season 3

The official status of renewal is pending

It has been a very long eighteen months since the second season of Black Summer aired. We have not heard any news about a third season yet. Season 2 did not have many viewers when it first aired, but it grew a lot by the end. This could be what drives more attention toward it. Despite only garnering recognition from countries such as America and Britain, where English is spoken primarily, Season 2 had amazing zombie encounters that were both eerie and thrilling, making for a captivating watch indeed.

What would be the plot of Black Summer Season 3?

We don’t know yet if there will be a Season 3, but if there is, we think it might answer some questions from Season 2. In Season 2, viewers watched as survivors tried to reach an airstrip so they could get on a plane that was dropping supplies around the area. Only Sun was able to get on the plane. If there is a Season 3, we think fans might find out where the plane was going or if Sun was able to escape the infection.
