The CinemaCon event held on Tuesday evening definitely captured a lot of emotions. The audience present at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas did not shy away from giving a massive round of applause after a clip from Beetlejuice 2 was shown to them.
Tim Burton walked first on the stage, followed by Michael Keaton and Catherine O’Hara. He jokingly said that meeting the entire team again was like a “big weird family reunion.”
The stars were joined by Willem Dafoe, Monica Bellucci, and Justin Theroux.
Interestingly, all the members were wearing black except Keaton. He joked about this, saying, “I wasn’t alerted to the dress code.”
Moreover, Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group’s co-chairpersons and CEOs, Michael DeLuca and Pamela Abdy, went on stage to introduce the film. They revealed why Winona Ryder and Jenna Ortega were absent at the event. It was confirmed that their production schedules conflicted with CinemaCon.
