As per the latest report by People, Brad Pitt is quite hurt by his daughter’s decision to drop his name. Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, the daughter that he shares with Angelina Jolie, filed the legal paperwork to remove the surname on her 18th birthday. Notably, all the kids that Pitt co-parents with Jolie have been dropping his last name. A source close to him told People that the 60-year-old actor knows about the situation and is quite upset about it. Shiloh, who turned 18 a few days ago, is the first of their six kids to make an official change.
An earlier report stated that Shiloh Jolie-Pitt took the matter into her own hands. She hired a lawyer and paid for it herself. Her decision comes amid the “abuse history” and “violation” of Shiloh’s victim’s rights in the past.
Notably, Pitt and 49-year-old Jolie are in a nasty legal battle over a 1,300-acre vineyard in France. In addition, Pitt is also facing allegations of physically assaulting Angelina Jolie, that too in front of their kids.
