Fans of One Punch Man will soon have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of Saitama and his fellow heroes in a brand-new gaming experience. The anime service, Crunchyroll has unveiled One Punch Man: World with a trailer. It is an online multiplayer action game that will be released on Android, iOS, and PC. The game is going to be free-to-play and it will change its approach quite a bit from the previous One Punch Man game.
In One Punch Man: World, players will be able to create hero associations by joining their friends. The collective of players will take on waves of villains and challenging missions. The game features characters from the show’s first season like Genos, Saitama’s loyal sidekick, Mumen Rider, and the eccentric Puri-Puri Prisoner. Players can relive iconic moments from the series in the game.
Its predecessor, Bandai Namco’s A Hero Nobody Knows, focused on fighting gameplay. One Punch Man: World has changed the action approach. This one resembles Devil May Cry more closely. Players will engage in thrilling combat, executing impressive combos, utilizing dodges, and unleashing powerful ultimate attacks. You’ll have the opportunities to rank up, complete side-missions and participate in mini-games.
