David Eric Grohl reveals he has recently fathered a daughter outside his 21-year marriage to Jordyn Blum; he has three daughters with her.
The foo fighters and former Nirvana, in an Instagram post, gave a brief, and in an Instagram post, “I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage. I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her.”
In the same post, he added, “I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness. We’re grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together.”
Grohl, 55, did not give any updates about the baby or mother, and his representatives declined to give any comment beyond the posting.
In 2003, Dave Grohl tied the knot with Blum, a model turned director. Following the marriage, the couple became doting parents to three daughters, Violet Grohl (18 years) is a singer, Harper Willow, who was named after Grohl’s great-uncle, and Ophelia Grohl.
David Grohl, 55, made sure to not reveal any details about the love child or its mother. Additionally, the representatives also declined to give any comments regarding the same.
Previous to his marriage with Blum, he tied the knot with Jennifer Leigh Youngblood, a photographer from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, in 1994. However, two years later, in 1996, the couple announced separation in 1996 and eventually divorced in 1997. Later, he acknowledged that infidelity resulted in divorce.
In 2011, he stated that he was going deaf by an ear owing to the decades of performance on the stage. In 2022, during a performance on the Howard Stern Show, he revealed that he is suffering from hearing loss, which has an impact on both his ears.
Reddit Post Adds Shocking Details
A Reddit post shared in 2023 titled “Dave Grohl’s Illegitimate Child” received a surprising comment. A user stated that he was adopted from an unplanned pregnancy in 1990, and how uncanny resemblance he shares with Grohl. His comment read, “I am wondering if I am an illegitimate son of Grohl. I just saw a younger picture of him, and I’m shaken, it’s my face, and I’m adopted from an unplanned pregnancy in 1990.”
However, nothing has been confirmed, and the unnamed alleged is currently planning a DNA test.
