Hazel Patricia Moder was born on November 28, 2004, in Los Angeles, California. Her mother, Julia Roberts, is a famous actress, and her father, Daniel Moder, is a cinematographer. Hazel has a twin brother named Phinnaeus Moder, also known as Finn, and a younger brother named Henry Daniel Moder.

Julia and Daniel met on the set of a movie called ‘The Mexican’ in 2000. At the time, Daniel was still married to his previous wife, and Julia was dating another actor named Benjamin Bratt. After Daniel’s divorce was finalized, he and Julia got married on July 4, 2002, in Taos, New Mexico.
