The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, Kim Zolciak, alleges that her husband, Kroy Biermann, has violated a court order. In an emotional call to 911 that she made on April 26, Kim can be heard desperately calling for help. TMZ obtained a call recording and footage from the body camera of one of the cops.
She made a call to the police to report that her estranged husband violated a December 2023 court order. Notably, the order made it necessary for the duo to reside on separate sides of their Atlanta, Ga., mansion.
Prior to that call, Kroy had stolen her phone and had locked himself in the primary bedroom. She told this to the dispatcher while her voice became teary.
Kim said,
He broke into my nanny’s room and he’s going through my entire phone.
He’s locked himself in the room going through all of my stuff. He’s taking everything out of my nanny’s suite. He broke in while I was in there.
She continued,
He’s been screaming and yelling all night … I feel so violated. I have divorce stuff in there, I have so many things in there. Going through my phone is insane … I have nothing to hide. I have no privacy. I’m tired of living like this.
Furthermore, when the dispatcher asked her whether she was in danger, she answered that there was no involvement of any weapon. She also said that, even though no one needs medical assistance, she has no idea what Kroy is going to do.

In addition, the body cam footage also showed cops at their home, while Kim accused Kroy of entering her side of the mansion often.
Zolciak said,
This is absolutely absurd that I have to deal with this nonsense,
I deal with it every single day. Screaming all day. Yelling all day. Losing his mind all day. Taking my belongings. It’s just, enough is enough.
Kroy, meanwhile, denied all these claims made by the “Google Me” singer.
